Show The Love for Kelly

An Open Mic/Mick Fund Fundraising Event held Sunday May 7, 2017 at Magnetiq Club Lounge for Kelly Gillow Munro. Background story: Our friend Kelly Gillow Munro is a beautiful person both inside and out. Kelly was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. On top of the physical and emotional trauma that comes with cancer, it is also most often financially devastating. The many costs that are not covered combined with the inability to work quickly reduces even the most disciplined person’s savings. For Kelly, the costs have already begun piling up but she would not think of asking anyone for help. After all, SHE is the “helper”. HOW YOU CAN HELP: When Kelly and Mick went public with the news of her diagnosis there was an overwhelming outpouring of love and offers of support. This event gives those of us who feel helpless to do anything the opportunity to “Show The Love For Kelly” and do something to make this time the tiniest bit less stressful for an amazing lady.
